Project profile
A dilapidated 1930’s house in Forest Hill presented the perfect opportunity for Scenario Architecture to put its founding vision to the test. Scenario’s Director and Founder purchased the plot with the intention to demolish and start afresh; to play the role of both client and architect; and to deliver our most personal project to date.
The numerous challenges presented by the unique site, along with the demanding brief, called for a beautiful, modern new build house that achieves ambitious sustainability credentials yet respects the traditional local context of the Forest Hill conservation area.
