Side Serving is an Edwardian Arts and Crafts house by E J May, carefully modernised through a contemporary side extension that delivers open living spaces and a generous master suite while respecting the home’s historic character. Set back from the main façade and separated by a glazed slot, the brick and tile-clad addition extends quietly to the rear, maximising light, views and floor area without competing with the original locally listed building.
