Ten x three storey townhouses in beachside Mentone. There is an abundance of inspiration drawn from Mentone Beach and the surrounding

Bayside. The recycled cream brick exterior and white timber slats evoke the colours and textures of the bay, and the use of cascading greenery echoes the cliffs surrounding the picturesque beach. The refined, modern lines and organic curves inspired by Scandinavian

avant-garde art and design speak beautifully to the surrounding Bayside landscape.
