River House is a refined architectural statement composed of three distinct pavilions arranged around a private central courtyard and shimmering pool. Set on a gently sloping site, the home is effortlessly elevated on round steel posts cantilevering from a solid wall, giving the structure a light, floating quality. A striking black textured façade and expressive off-form concrete form the signature palette, creating a bold and sculptural presence.

While the rear of the home embraces a contemporary edge, the front façade has been carefully designed to sit quietly within its Brisbane streetscape. Modern Queensland-style white battens reference the character of the neighbourhood, ensuring the house feels both contextual and timeless. This considered approach allows River House to present as understated from the street, before opening up to reveal its dramatic architectural heart.
