Blok Modular

Each project is developed for offsite manufacture at Blok’s purpose-built factory before being delivered, installed and completed on site. This approach brings greater control during both the design and building process and provides clients with a continuously consistent and collaborative experience. Blok’s award-winning projects such as Blok Belongil, Blok Three Sisters, and Blok Peregian show how modular construction can deliver considered architecture without relying on the traditional and standardised design approach.
